#1 -- THE DOOR CLOSES BEHIND YOU:
If you ever leave The SurfSuccess.com Members Only Website (the "SITE"), you can't come back. I'm not going to have anyone coming in every six months, downloading the updates and then leaving… only to repeat the process. That won't fly with me and it's not fair to the members in good standing. If it's not good enough for you to stay, it's not good enough for you to come back.
REFUNDS: If you cancel within the first month, I will refund your first month's payment and cancel your subscription. If you cancel at any time after that, I will simply stop billing your subscription fee. Once you go past the first month there is NO REFUND for any of the past months' subscription payments. This is common sense, but it needs to be spelled out explicitly to avoid any confusion..
#2 -- WHAT HAPPENS HERE STAYS HERE:
The material I provide you remains mine in every way. Unless explicitly expressed otherwise, NO RESALE and NO REDISTRIBUTION of our material from this site is allowed under ANY circumstances. If you want to join and then turn around and start sharing, selling, renting, disclosing or teaching what I disclose to you in the SITE to other people, I reserve the right to shut you out of the SITE in a heartbeat and slam the door. That's not fair to the other members and won't be tolerated.
#3 -- CONSTRUCTIVE COMMENTS ONLY:
Nothing is more annoying than a whining loser who complains about everything, yet does nothing. When you join The SurfSuccess.com Members Only Website you agree to keep a positive attitude, keep your comments positive, and refuse to give into the temptation to start acting like an energy-sucking black hole. If you disagree with me, say so… but do it in a manner that builds up and doesn't tear down.
#4 -- IF YOU WANT TO SHARE OR SELL THIS MATERIAL… FORGET IT!
4A. LIMITED LICENSE ONLY!:
In addition to the various disclaimers displayed prominently at the bottom of the website, you understand that you are purchasing a monthly license to view the materials in the SITE. If you cancel, or get kicked out, your license is revoked and you may not access the material from that point on. You are not purchasing ANY of the material in the SITE, you are only purchasing a monthly license to view the material.
4B. RIPPING CDS & MP3 PLAYERS:
You may, at your own expense, take the MP3's I provide on the site and convert them into audio CD's for playing on a regular stereo. You may also transfer those MP3's to ONE portable MP3 player such as an iPod. You may NEVER sell, give, or share those CD's or MP3's with anyone.
4C. eBay, ONLINE AUCTIONS, SELLING MATERIAL:
You expressly agree that, under no circumstances, will you sell, transfer, or cause to be sold or transferred, ANY of the material from the SITE… that means you WILL NEVER sell ANY of the material on eBay, your own website, or any other site.
#5 -- NO PERFORMANCE OR INCOME CLAIMS:
Look, it's no secret. I have worked with the best athletes in the world, and I know what it takes to make it at the very sharp end of competition. But I'm not going to sit here and tell you that you're going to be World Champion by next year… or that you'll a millionaire by Christmas -- I don't know you and I don't know your capabilities or your drive. I'm going to show you exactly WHAT to do and HOW to do it… what you do with it from there is up to you. If you fire up and do something with what I reveal to you, I CAN guarantee that you'll be better off than you are now.
#6 -- I RESERVE THE RIGHT:
If I ever feel (for any reason whatsoever) it's not in our mutual best interest to continue your subscription to the SITE, I reserve the right to cancel your subscription, revoke your limited license, and, at my option, refund the current month's subscription.
